Your information, handled with care

Privacy policy.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains how Becoming handles information when you visit this website or enquire about joining the program, mentoring or supporting our work.

Who is responsible

Becoming is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For questions or requests about your information, contact becoming.4woman@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address and phone number, plus your LinkedIn profile, Instagram profile and message if you provide them. We also record the enquiry type, selected language and page address from which you submitted the form. Please avoid including identity documents, medical details, financial account details or other sensitive information in your message.

Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website and prevent spam.

Your choice

You have no legal obligation to provide these details. Providing information is voluntary, but name, email and phone are required to submit the form so we can handle your enquiry and reach you. Social profiles and the message are optional. You may instead contact us directly by email.

How we use your information

We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss program participation, mentoring or a partnership, and manage related follow-up. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.

Who receives it and where it is processed

Enquiries are available to the Becoming team members handling them. Netlify hosts this website and stores and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Email notifications and replies may also be processed through our email provider, Google/Gmail. These providers may process information outside Israel.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. External links to Instagram and LinkedIn lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is stored in Netlify and may also appear in email correspondence. Retention depends on the handling and follow-up of your request and any applicable legal requirements. You can contact us to request deletion; we will consider the request under applicable law. There is no automatic deletion period built into these forms.

The website uses HTTPS for transmitting submissions. Access to enquiry information should be limited to the team members and providers who need it. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and language preferences

These pages do not run advertising pixels or visitor-tracking analytics. Your language choice is reflected in the page address rather than saved in cookies or local storage. Fonts are served directly from this website.

Your rights and contact

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access personal information held about you and request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also request deletion or ask us to stop further contact. Email becoming.4woman@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Policy updates

If our practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. If we introduce tools that require consent, we will request that consent before activating them where required.
